Angelgrams

Undercover angels, posing as newspaper reporters, are passing out special “Angel-Grams” inviting everyone to come to see the “about to be born” Christ-Child. Two competing news-teams, “The Evening Double Standard” and “The Daily Fluke,” head off on a trail of leads to find out who will print the headline first! Mary and Joseph, shepherds and many of the “Christmas characters” are visited. They come together at the stable to provide a stirring culmination to the story as the reporters come to the conclusion that Jesus is “the ultimate good news” Who can put an end to all their problems.

The Director’s Edition Book comes complete with piano score, chord symbols, tons of production ideas for drama, songs, and staging, set and prop needs, and ways to shorten, add, or delete characters to the musical. It also contains very practical music suggestions for the choir, especially in regards to learning the harmony and other relevant music needs the Director will find essential. There are CD cue track numbers for running your accompaniment split and stereo CD.

The Split Track portion of the CD has 72 cues alone to make your rehearsals a cinch! All cues are set for the natural spot in each song that the average director would choose to rehearse while learning the musical. The Stereo portion comes with 13 tracks, one for the beginning of each song.
